In April, 2020 CGMAP took part in the #TogetherWeRemember 24-hour virtual vigil by hosting an interactive hour discussing the legacy of Srebrenica genocide and Holocaust in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the most prominent genocide scholars, academics, and researchers.

In addition to our hour, dozens of atrocity survivors, victims’ family members, and advocates shared their life-changing stories. Performances were live-streamed. Names were read aloud—the names of thousands of innocent people killed by hate—to honor them and transform remembrance into action.
